Why Is Everything About 11?
Our anniversary falls on 11 October, and this year marks 11 years of Vurve. That gave us the idea for all Things 11.

No. The anniversary package prices apply to any hair length, with no additional charge for length. Prices vary by the service and stylist tier selected.
7. Can I take the hair service and facial on different days?
Yes. Hair and facial services can be taken on separate visits. Both must be used by the same registered guest and completed by 30 October 2026.
8. Can two people share a package?
No. Packages cannot be transferred, and the same registered guest must use all included services.
9. Can I use a gift card or redeem loyalty points?
No. Gift cards cannot be used to pay for these packages. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for package purchases or redemptions.
10. Can I upgrade to a director?
Yes. Director tiers are available for the color, highlights, keratin, balayage, creative color, and men’s grooming packages at the prices listed above. Botoplexx and Botoliss packages are available with any stylist.
11. Does booking online confirm my appointment?
No. The online form submits an inquiry. Our team will contact you to confirm the appointment details.
Terms to Know Before Your Visit
- Please book at least 24 hours in advance. The salon will confirm your appointment and stylist availability.
- Packages include only the listed services. Additional services and retail products are charged separately.
- Full payment is required at package purchase.
- Packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
- All included services must be completed by 30 October 2026.
- Please notify the salon at least 24 hours before a cancellation or reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not extend the completion deadline.
- Purchased packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services, except where required by applicable law.
- Packages cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, membership benefits, or promotions unless expressly stated by Vurve.
