We offer FREE Shipping for all orders above 2000. Cash-On-Delivery is available for orders above Rs. 699 upto Rs. 18000.

RETURNS
You must manage the return before the established deadline:
Online shopping: you have 10 days from the shipping date of your order.
Shop at a physical store: you have 5 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition and include all labels.
You have to make the return in the same market/region where you made the purchase.
How do I return an item purchased on Vurve?
Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged / defective state or are expired or an incorrect product has been delivered. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. [Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.]
At the time of delivery, please ensure that you do not accept any package that is damaged or tampered in any way.
If a return is accepted, Vurve will replace or refund the invoiced value for, the damaged / defective / expired / wrong product.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. Kindly refer to the next question for exclusions to refunds.
HOME COLLECTION
We offer the option of returning your items using our home collection service. The cost of the return request is ₹ 100, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
RETURNS TO A VURVE STORE
You can return your items for free at any of our Vurve stores.
The in-store return option is available for both online and in-store purchases. Simply provide the items to be returned and your purchase receipt.

SERVICE REFUND
THE EMPLOYEES DELIGHT THEMSELVES ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE.
The Salon does not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the salon manager within 5 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion.
If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected.
At that time, we will reschedule you with the stylist that performed your service initially and make any changes or adjustments indicated. Vurve Salon will gladly make any adjustments at no cost to you within 5 days of the original service.
EXTENSION REFUND POLICY
As with all hair extension services, there is NO refund due to the variables and nature of work. Any service issues must be addressed at the time of service for correction.
If your service was not done as per the understanding from the consultation, an adjustment or redo service may be requested; (not and undo & redo) the unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge within a 1 week period.
