About us

Born in Chennai. At home in Sadashiv Nagar.

Vurve opened its first salon in Chennai in October 2015 and has grown to 15 salons across Chennai, Bengaluru, Kochi and Hyderabad. Our Sadashiv Nagar salon in RMV Extension looks after a loyal crowd, many of whom have been with us for years. We are not a franchise. Every salon is owned and run by us, so the same training, the same products and the same standards walk in with every stylist.

Our stylists are trained at Vurve Academy and by leading hair educators from India and abroad. We use Kérastase, Redken, L'Oréal Professionnel and Skeyndor because they work on Indian hair and skin.

In Sadashiv Nagar, our guests tell us what matters most: a stylist who explains the options before cutting, honest advice without upselling, and a team that remembers them from one visit to the next.
